Choose a market and build a seller list.

Follow along as I look at market activity, narrow down an area, and use filters to build a list of owners to research and contact.

DAY 03

Start conversations with sellers.

Hear actual seller calls and a role-play example. We cover finding contact information, calling, mail, texting, and why following up matters.

DAY 04

Check the property and work through the numbers.

Learn how I approach due diligence, estimate value, put together offers, and consider ways to fund a purchase.

DAY 05

Find buyers and market the land.

See ways to find builders, investors, and other potential buyers, then explore the tools and approaches I use to sell vacant lots.

Meet your instructor

I’m Michael Robertson.

I’ve spent about 35 years in real estate, starting in the appraisal business and later flipping houses. These days, my wife Lisa and I focus on vacant land.

I like land because I can research properties and work with sellers and buyers from my laptop. I don’t have to manage tenants or take on a renovation to resell a vacant lot.

In this workshop, I show you how I work. You’ll see the information I use, the questions I ask, and the thinking behind my decisions.

Is this live or recorded?

This is the replay of the original five-day workshop. You’ll watch the recorded training and the Q&A from those sessions. Live calls and individual deal reviews are separate from this purchase.

Do I need experience with land?

No previous land-flipping experience is needed to follow the training. We start with the research tools, then work through the process of finding sellers, checking properties, making offers, and finding buyers.

Do I have to buy the software shown?

You can watch the training before deciding which tools to use. I demonstrate both public websites and paid tools. Paid subscriptions and any business expenses are separate from the $47 workshop.

Does this teach me how to find buyers?

Yes. Day five focuses on finding buyers and selling land, including approaches for locating builders, investors, and other potential purchasers.

Are the websites going to look exactly the same?

Some website layouts and software features may have changed since the workshop was recorded. Focus on the research process and the information we’re looking for as you follow along.
